• A guaranteed catch of 90 lbs. of lobsters for the season including an occassional Jumbo-sized lobster (it all depends what is in the traps each week...mid june to mid december) delivered weekly to the mainland for you to pick-up, or shipped to you monday-friday anywhere in the Continental U.S (shipping not included)

• Detailed instructions on how to prepare your lobster feast.

• A chart of the Swans Island Conservation Area where your lobsters are caught.

The fine print . . .

All shareholders have the option to receive their lobsters weekly, monthly, or in bulk. Bulk orders need to be recieved at least a week in advance, and may not always be able to be filled on short notice due to fishing/weather conditions. Note: Lobsters are fresh caught, and or not held for extended periods of time. Example: unlike many lobsters sold in supermarkets, my lobsters sold in june were caught just prior to your receiving them. Supermarket lobsters sold in june, may have actually been caught 6 months earlier in Canada. Swans Island Rent A Trap lobsters are the real thing, Maine lobsters fresh off the boat.

Customer assumes all risk and responsibility for the handling of live lobsters upon receipt. Swans Island Rent-a-Trap and Pectic Seafood is not responsible for any injury incurred by Customer from the handling of live lobsters. If, due to Acts of God or other events beyond the control of Swans Island Rent-a-Trap, a Customer's share does not produce it's minimum of live lobsters during the lobstering season, Swans Island Rent-a-Trap reserves the right to fulfill the contract by supplying the minimum number of pounds of live lobsters from traps other than Customer's.
